Dr. Vasiliki Diamantopoulou is a Post Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering at the University of the Aegean and a Senior Researcher at the Department of Digital Systems at the University of Piraeus. Currently, she is participating in a number of European H2020 projects, focusing on Security and Privacy Requirements in various environments (Cloud Computing, Connecting Vehicles). She has worked as a Research Fellow at the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics at the University of Brighton, UK.
She holds a Diploma in Product and Systems Design Engineering, an MSc in Management of Information Systems and a PhD in Information Systems and Innovation, from the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean, Greece.
Her public scientific work includes book chapters and one book. Moreover, her work has been published in journals and in the proceedings of international refereed conferences. The focus of her publications is on Privacy and Security of Information Systems, eGovernment and Interoperability Frameworks, and eBusiness and Innovation of Information Systems.
She has reviewed several journals and conference papers.
She has eight-year experience in managing several National and EU funded R&D projects from a research and an administrative viewpoint.
She is a member of the IEEE, the IEEE Computer Society, and the British Computer Society (BCS).
She is certified ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor by TÜV Austria Hellas and Data Protection Officer (DPO) Executive by TÜV Austria Hellas.

Dr. Charalampos Alexopoulos (m) is a postdoc researcher at the Information Systems Laboratory of the Department of Information and Communications Systems Engineering at the University of the Aegean, working on European and National funded research projects and publishing at several conferences and journals on open data infrastructures, IS evaluation, interoperability and e-government. In parallel, he is responsible for the International Relations of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of the University. Charalampos serves as a reviewer in several journals and conferences and as a Programme and Organisation Committee Member of the annual Samos Summit on ICT-enabled Governance and of 2 UAEGEAN summer schools. Charalampos is a computer science graduate from the University of Peloponnese with an MSc in Management Information Systems from the University of the Aegean.

Dr Aggeliki Androutsopoulou is a Research Fellow at the University of the Aegean. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Informatics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a Master of Science in “Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems” and a Phd in “eGovernment Information Systems” from the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering. Currently, she is a Research Associate in the Information Systems Laboratory at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean. She has eight years’ experience in managing European and National research projects from a technical and administrative viewpoint. Through her participation in the above projects, she has acquired expertise in project management, in designing and evaluating eGovernent Information Systems and in coordinating pilot applications in the public sector. Currently, she is working in the IT industry, managing complex international projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Aggeliki has plenty of publications in international journals and conferences in the area of eGovernment, eParticipation and Social Media, Policy modelling and Simulation Systems. She was the best paper winner award in the 15th IFIP Electronic Government (EGOV) 2016 and ePart 2016 conference, with the publication entitled “Passive Expert-Sourcing for Policy Making in the European Union”. During the last five years, she has been Member of the Organisng Committee of the “Samos Summit” international annual conference..

She holds a Bachelor Degree from University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in “Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems” from the University of the Aegean, Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering. She is a member of the organizing committee of «Samos 2010 Summit», «Samos 2011 Summit» and «Samos 2012 Summit» respectively. She is actively taking part in European and National Projects. Her research interests lie in the area of eGovernment, eParticipation, Policy Modelling and Opinion Mining.

She holds a BSE in Information and Communication Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Technologies and Management of Information and Communication Systems from the University of the Aegean. Her research interests revolve around Cloud Computing and Enterprise Systems. She is a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of the Aegean, with experience in teaching classes and lab courses.
