Dr. Konstantinos Pazalos works as Senior ERP Project Manager in a world – leading group of companies providing mobile marketing and advertising solutions. He holds a PhD in “Information Systems Evaluation” from the University of the Aegean, a MSc in “IT, Management and Organizational Change” from Lancaster University and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. He has led/participated in numerous academic and professional projects in the field of ERP implementation, Information Systems and E-Services Evaluation, Performance Measurement and Improvement, and Business Process Reengineering. His academic work includes more than 15 journal and conference publications.
