Apostolos Constantinidis is an experienced financial professional with a world-class track record in the management of institutional assets. Antonis Ch. Stasis is the Head of the Directorate of Procurement, Infrastructure & Material Management in the Hellenic Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction. He has a PhD degree as Computer Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens. He is responsible in the Ministry for structural funds programs and especially for e-Government and administration reform. He is responsible for projects such as codification of legislation, implementation of eIDAS regulation in Greece, electronic document management and digital signatures. He is also the national representative in the ISA program committee regarding interoperability issues. He was one of the main contributors to the Greek Interoperablity framework. Moreover he is responsible in the Ministry for European projects such STORK2 project, E-SENS, TOOP project and open data projects. He has also participated in the drafting of the Greek e-government strategy and action plan. He was also involved in the implementation of horizontal e-government projects such as the Public Administration Network, the Greek Government Portal (ERMIS), the Point of Single Contact, and the Public Key Infrastructure.

Nikos Kroustalias, is a Senior Systems Analyst. He received formal education in the Mathematics Faculty of the University of Athens and the University of Strathclyde, Msc in Information Technology Systems (Glasgow-Scotland). He is a full member of the Digital Government Society of North America, and is committed to citizen centric e-Government and New Government initiatives in Europe and abroad. In his programming capacity as one of the pioneer programmers in the ORACLE RDBMS ecosystem, he has led major IT (Software) projects in the Private Sector. With a career switch from IT systems to the analysis and restructuring of Municipal Enterprises, followed by servicing the position of the technical manager of “THESEAS”, the most elaborate ever development program for the Greek Local Government (budget 3.5 b. €) from 2004 to 2009, he was then excited of the potential of the Social Care Enterprises as a dynamic Financial Entity of a New Economy. He collaborates in business with the Lamberhurst Corporation, a management consultancy UK firm as well as with the Institute of Consulting, UK for the assessment and commercialization of new business ventures.

Dr. George Lekakos is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business, Athens, Greece. He leads the Intelligent Media Lab (IML), a research group within the ELTRUN Research Center (http://www.www.eltrun.gr) at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Before his current position, Dr Lekakos was Assistant Professor of e-Business at the Department of Information and Communication Systems, University of the Aegean, Greece. He teaches in the Department of Economics in the University of Crete as an adjunct lecturer. He has taken part in European research projects in the area of e-participation, has been a reviewer for FP7 in the SSH programme and an expert Consultant for the Hellenic Ministry of Electronic Governance.
