Antonis Ch. Stasis is the Head of the Directorate of Procurement, Infrastructure & Material Management in the Hellenic Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction. He has a PhD degree as Computer Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens. He is responsible in the Ministry for structural funds programs and especially for e-Government and administration reform. He is responsible for projects such as codification of legislation, implementation of eIDAS regulation in Greece, electronic document management and digital signatures. He is also the national representative in the ISA program committee regarding interoperability issues. He was one of the main contributors to the Greek Interoperablity framework. Moreover he is responsible in the Ministry for European projects such STORK2 project, E-SENS, TOOP project and open data projects. He has also participated in the drafting of the Greek e-government strategy and action plan.  He was also involved in the implementation of horizontal e-government projects such as the Public Administration Network, the Greek Government Portal (ERMIS), the Point of Single Contact, and the Public Key Infrastructure.
