The concepts of Enterpise Interoperability and Internet of Servises have emerged as driving forces towards the smooth running of the various activities of SMEs. If Interoperability today, studied from a business standpoint, it is an inherent need of utmost importance for political and business operations of several small businesses. The strategic framework i2010, recognizes that businesses benefit greatly in productivitythrough the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), but have yet to addresss the lack of interoperability, reliability and security, as well as the various difficulties of reorganization and integration of ICT in the workplace, with corresponding high support costs. The main purpose of the PLUG-IN project is to investigate, design, developand operate a scalable platform responsible for publishing, recovery, composition, orchestration and provision of basic and value-added interoperable services covering every phase of the SMEs life-time based on modern technologies and standards.
